Es evidente que  las  vocaciones  religiosas  han  venido  disminuyendo  significativamente, pero también es evidente la pluralidad de mundos juveniles que han venido interpelando y confrontando nuestra manera de hacer pastoral y, mucho más, nuestra manera de hacer la propuesta vocacional específica. La experiencia se desarrolla en Barranquilla (Colombia). Su motivación es “vocacionalizar” la pastoral educativa para obrar de modo que toda expresión pastoral sea un llamado vocacional, capaz de tocar el corazón y poner al joven ante la pregunta estratégica: “Señor, ¿qué quieres que haga?”. After World Youth Day 2002 (Toronto, Canada), the 3rd Continental Vocation Congress for Vocations in North America (Montreal 2002), a Pastoral Plan was published inviting the whole Church to nurture a Vocation Culture. In a vocation crisis context, a small group of FMAs in Canada and laity reflected on how to do this.
