MaryJo Leddy explained that in her act of accompaniment with many of the young adults assisting in her ministry to the refugees, she found herself taking a lead from them. She has found a voice of conscience and concern in this generation. She is touched by their thirst and hunger for holiness and authenticity.

Creemos en la educación y nos determinamos a proyectarla en la praxis; la pastoral juvenil se ejerce cuando se traduce concretamente en itinerarios educativos. El esfuerzo para proyectar, con el PEPS, hace real la voluntad de ser propositivos con los jóvenes. Según las cuatro dimensiones, se nos ayuda a desarrollar la personalidad del joven cristiano, con una variedad orgánica de propuestas y una amplia comprensión de la pastoral de los jóvenes, abierta a todos. Al final, se presentan algunas opciones transversales de la pastoral salesiana. We believe in education and we challenge ourselves to plan our procedures in its regard; youth ministry comes into being when education is translated into concrete educational processes. The effort to plan, by means of the SEPP, keeps alive our willingness to be actively present amongst the young. By following the four dimensions we are helped in developing the personality of the young Christian through a systematic variety of proposals and a broad understanding of youth ministry which is open to everyone. Crediamo nell’educazione e ci spingiamo a progettarne la prassi; la pastorale giovanile si attua quando si traduce concretamente in itinerari educativi. Lo sforzo di progettazione, con il PEPS, rende viva la volontà di essere propositivi con i giovani. Secondo le quattro dimensioni siamo
aiutati a sviluppare la personalità del giovane cristiano, con una varietà organica di proposte e una comprensione ampia della pastorale dei giovani, aperta a tutti. Goffredo Alessandrini – Il film “Don Bosco” (1935)
Goffredo Alessandrini (Cairo, September 9, 1904 – Rome, May 16, 1978), was an Italian script writer and film director. In 1935 he directed this film, Don Bosco, starring Gianpaolo Rosmino, Maria Vincenza Stiffi and Ferdinando Mayer. The production company was Lux Film. The music by Girogio Federico Ghedini. The movie spends 90 minutes showing the life of Saint John Bosco (1815 – 1888), mostly in Turin, the founder of the Salesian Order and the education of poor youth that would become global, reaching 132 countries as late as 2015.
